Nanjeath Farm Cottages are located in the small Cornish village of Lanjeth. A peaceful and quiet location it acts as the perfect base from which to explore the delights that Cornwall has to offer... or to just relax in an idyllic, tranquil environment....

How to Find Us

Turn off the A30 at the Fraddon / Grampound Road exit (ignoring the earlier St Austell signs) and head for Grampound Road. Continue until you reach a crossroads and then turn left and continue through the village of St Stephen. As you leave the village there is a large Peugeot garage with new cars on the left, just after that turn right into Coombe Road, which is signposted Hay / Coombe and stay on this road for about 2 miles until you see our farm lane signed Nanjeath Farm on the left hand side.

Please note that if you wished to pick up some provisions en-route, there is a Marks & Spencer with a food hall when you exit the A30 at Fraddon. Just turn left instead of right after leaving the A30 and take the 2nd turning on the left. We are only 10 - 15 minutes away from this point. After leaving M&S head for Grampound Road as above.
