The property is set amongst mature trees and beautifully unspoiled
meadows. This wonderful old listed 17th Century farmstead has remained
as it should... untouched by modernisation. Without the chemicals
sprayed by many larger commercial farms this is a haven for wildlife.
A wide variety of birds can be spotted here along with rabbits,
squirrels, pheasants and hedgehogs. At dusk, both the tawny and
barn owls can often be seen hunting in the meadows.
The meadows, of which we have 8 acres, all on level ground are
perfect for a carefree walk to take in the sights and sounds and
to enjoy the wildlife and tranquility that our private location
offers.
Whilst being tucked away in a totally sheltered position, walkers
can take a 15 minute walk (or 3 minute drive) to the beginning of
a newly constructed footpath. From here a further 30 minute uphill
climb takes you to a spot from where both the north and south coasts
of Cornwall can he seen. The views are stunning and the walk home
a lot easier!
Facilities available to you at no extra cost include tennis on
our grass tennis court as well as croquet on the croquet lawn.
